PRODUCT
Microcomputer type plastic pendulum impact testing machine
Device model: ZBC1251-C
Equipment description: The microcomputer-based plastic impact testing machine is a testing instrument for testing the impact resistance of non-metallic materials such as plastics, nylon, rubber, fiberglass, composite plastic pipes, electrical insulation materials, etc. under dynamic loads. This machine adopts semi-automatic control, easy operation and high working efficiency. The test data is automatically obtained after impacting the sample. In the laboratory and manufacturers that do continuous impact testing and a large number of impact tests, they can better demonstrate their superiority. The special control panel and display screen equipped with this machine can meet the operation and display requirements of the user's test, such as displaying the impact absorption work, impact strength, pendulum movement angle, and printing test reports. It is an indispensable testing instrument for rigid plastic manufacturers, quality inspection units, scientific research institutes, etc.
This machine can be used for simple beam test and cantilever beam test. After being equipped with accessories such as tensile impact bearing, T-head, and pull pendulum, it can also perform tensile impact test on plastic at a higher deformation rate . One machine is versatile, cost-effective, easy to adjust and replace, and has strong applicability.
